FCON

FCON is the 2017 self-titled debut full-length studio album from Seattle-based hardcore punk band FCON. The physical 12-inch vinyl pressing—packaged to play at 45 RPM—was released and distributed by independent DIY label Tiny Dragon Music, while a limited gold cassette variant was co-released in partnership with No Time Records.

The album delivers a brief, aggressive blast of localized Pacific Northwest hardcore punk, defined by driving rhythmic tempos, caustic vocal delivery, and abrasive guitar work. Moving away from highly polished modern production elements, the band frames its aggressive arrangements around cynical, working-class lyrical themes, street-level commentary, and anti-authoritarian critiques.
